I agree, my son is a speedcuber and I'm sure him and his friends would just roll their eyes if the saw this . . . it is kind of like rubik's is out of touch with what real cubers want? Or maybe I am, but I've been with him to many, many events, and never once did I hear a cuber talk about racing . . .

Typical price states $6.67 on Amazons site but here it states 60% off, Regular $15.00. Some sites are charging a lot more than $15.00 & others around the same price as Amazon Price.

There is a 1-star reviewing saying 2 of the sides are almost the same blue color and there's a video review where you can see that's the case. There's also a product picture of 2 white sides that are adjacent, so for any real cuber, this would just be an annoying cube. Could be a good gag gift for a cuber. It's like they made a swag cube without any pre-planning.

no one actually plays with rubik's cubes.. I think my kids have like 30+.. I think they are decorations

There is a Rubik's Cube enthusiast community. They are all using "speed cubes" which have modified internals so that you can flick-rotate a side 360' with one finger, along with embedded magnets to assist with alignment after a rotation.

Poor color contrast and terrible turning. This cube is frustrating to use. The adjacent colors (gray/white and blue/light blue) are way too similar, leading to constant mistakes. To top it off, it doesn't turn smoothly at all. Save your money and look for a cube with better tensioning and a standard color palette.
