If you are going to get one, get two - they pair for stereo sound and are actually great. I got mine when they first came out in 2020. They still sound great and the battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend. I will warn you, they are micro USB which is a turn off but otherwise, well worth it.
I got one of these from Woot last year, but it had a USB-C connector for charging. It won't charge from just any cable and charger. It seems to only like the old USB-A 1A charger and cable. And mine doesn't get very loud.

I got one of these for my daughter a couple of years back. If you just want something louder than your phone speakers will go and is highly portable, sure, this will do that. Otherwise, sound quality is mediocre at best, there is zero bass (I know I know but there are tiny, cheap speakers that actually produce some low notes and feel more premium than this). I'm not saying it doesn't fit some people's needs. I just honestly feel like those people grabbed one of these at some point and never really tried anything else. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being content. I just happen to have experience with a very wide spectrum of Bluetooth speakers (just ask my wife and I'm sure she will champion that point with all of the sarcasm and sass she can muster). This particular speaker didn't impress me when we first tried it and it certainly hasn't grown into anything more impressive over the last couple of years.
I understand it is $13 and nobody is expecting class leading sound quality here. I'm just trying to convey that there are plenty of small Bluetooth speaker options available that offer more value (in my opinion) than this.

I understand it is $13 and nobody is expecting class leading sound quality here. I'm just trying to convey that there are plenty of small Bluetooth speaker options available that offer more value (in my opinion) than this.
