That said, they are decently constructed. They have a zipper with each of five segments containing a black plastic sandbag, so it's easy to lessen the weight when starting out. Definitely will think twice about making sure the weights are all the way settled down before zipping and unzipping them to avoid risking a zipper tear/burn in the inner bag. Guys know what I'm talking about
These have quickly been a game changer along with a battery of stretches to target OA-caused meniscus knee pain by sitting at the end of a table and doing small flutter kicks.
