This is an X1 Carbon Gen 12, so it's almost a two-year-old system at this point. Lenovo should announce Gen 14 in a few months. It was available at this price and lower multiple times on Lenovo's website. If someone is looking for better battery life, I would suggest looking for the X1 Carbon Gen 13.
