So could I buy this and just print a billion and a half color prints until I've printed 8000? If you threw the thing away after 8000 color prints, you'd be paying $0.0155

I think .0155 cents per color page is pretty decent, no?

My actual question is how long will you get before HP's printer heads start fn up. I just watched a review and even the reviewer started getting white lines when she was printing her wedding invitations. Lucky for her, she was still under warranty and they sent her another printer, but she said it took HOURS dealing with HP's customer service. This Tanga deal has a 30 day warranty. You can buy the one year warranty for $26 which is the normal HP warranty length meaning the actual cost is this printer is $150 unless you want to roll the dice. You might as well get the two year warranty for the extra $6.50 at $32.50. That total comes to $156.50.
