This two pack is a budget wireless controller set for Switch and Switch 2 that seems aimed at casual play and kids. The smaller, lighter shape is comfortable for some hands, gyro works, and the price makes it easy to hand out or replace. The tradeoffs are clear, though, with no rumble, no NFC or amiibo support, no hall effect sticks, and reports that it cannot wake the console. PC support also looks shaky, and the included cable count is only one for the pair.
Common Questions (5)
It is about 17% smaller than a standard Pro Controller and several buyers found it a good cheap option for kids. Others found it too small and returned it, so fit depends on hand size.
No. It does not wake the console by pressing the Home button, and it is effectively a Switch 1-style controller that works with Switch 2 rather than a full Switch 2 wake-capable pad.
It has no rumble and no NFC/amiibo reader, and it is not Hall effect. The upside is a lower price and a smaller, lighter form factor that can be easier for kids or smaller hands.
It is listed for Windows and can be used with Steam Input as a Switch-style controller, but it may not present as XInput by default. One report says it did not work in Steam on Windows even in wired mode, despite the manual claiming wired PC play.
No. The 2-pack includes only one cable, so you may need a second cable if you want to charge both controllers at the same time.

Should be recognized as a Switch controller, not noticing (at first glance) an XInput mode but worst case you can tell Steam Input to pretend it is an Xbox controller. I have a controller that has both modes but I tend to do that (in Switch mode) because the gyro is omitted with XInput...not sure why so many companies do that as gyro shouldn't be tied to mode, no functional reason to limit it like that.
BTW there are single controllers available for $20 and open boxes (in both colors) orderable for as low as $14. Great for people like me without any friends
