Not everyone has a Costco membership and it's $129 on Costcos website. It's $100 refurbished on Winix's website so they're selling it for $20 dollars less on Walmarts website if anyone was interested in getting one. Filter cost may be the main problem with this unit but it going down in price like this usually means they're about to start making generic filters for it. Like when I bought the Winix a231 for $50 new it only took about a month or two after before I started seeing generic filters and of course the price of the unit went up.
