Avoid creatine pre workout. You'll pull muscles.

Is it cheaper in-store? I saw these a month ago for $30.

This pre workout is actually pretty decent, liked it more than name brand first phorm, c4 and gorilla . Definitely worth the price and pump feels nice. The only awkward thing is how long the scoop is as the pre workout is split into two sides with an awkward plastic piece in the middle

The rock salt is interesting. Good idea if you don't add your own baking soda.

Decent product for the price. Haven't tried this flavor yet but this is back to Costco size.

I have enjoyed this pre workout. My wife and I have gone through 1 tub already. There are so many supplements that taste terrible. I am glad this is not one of them. This is also a tremendous value as you get 72 total servings, 36 of each. I am going to purchase another tub before the sale ends.
