I have 3 of these in a very rainy region and they are the only ones that hold up more than a year for me. The fancy ones (ones with lcd screens, WiFi, etc) always die.
Just got 2 more.

These are nice and reliable if they the same I bought years back. They seemed to stop making them but looks like they are back in production... bought for $33 in '22. Grabbed two more.

Now showing $19.99.

Hopefully some of you were able to purchase them for a $4 savings before the price went back up.

I buy trail cameras every couple of years, and I bought this one to try out last year. Battery life is great, but the photos and videos are pretty grainy. Trigger speed is decent. If you just want something cheap that works and you aren't expecting much, this will be fine.
If you want decent quality videos with sound and good pictures, I have found the GardePro cameras are the best mix of durability (usually at least 3 years each), quality and ease of use. The A3 used to be around $50 but is now over $60:

I heard Bushnell (or maybe someone else) purchased Tasco. Not sure if they will still make this model. Rumor is they will continue to make this lower model.

Might try and check this one out. I run more cameras year round than I would like to admit. Have used almost all brands and models across all the price points including cellular. Also including these Amazon type of camera you reference. Many of the cameras sold on Amazon look the same to the one you have posted. Will maybe check out the one you posted but I have not had good luck with these types of Amazon cameras. My experience is they don't last long and the quality of their pictures are not too good. Many of them randomly loose there date and time sets - see many of these reviews on these Amazon cameras. I have had better luck with lower end Wildgame, Muddy, Stealth, Primos, Wildview, Tasco, Moultrie, etc than these Amazon style cameras.
