I could be doing it wrong, but their coupons are not reloading for me. Says I redeemed the $5 off 3 yesterday 1/3, when I only clipped it.

My $5 Wags cash on 3 is actually $4 Wags cash on 2+. It's clipped, but it's not showing on product page or checkout.
