I think it is on purpose this time. I usually use these gamestop cards to double-dip during blackfriday-Chistmas deals.

If you're aiming at GameStop specifically, You're better off holding for those gift cards that can be used at multiple companies. They usually go down to 15% on Amazon and you can stack with cash back on an Amazon visa credit card. I ended up getting gift cards that would get me 21% off anything at GameStop.

And don't forget that free shipping barrier is $79… shipping fees may wipe out more than your savings on the card.

Got an email that the store near me is closing in 4d... So nice of them to give me a forewarning >_> since most of their promos have to do with in store or buying online for pick up in store, no use for the pro membership anymore...

I don't know what days other stores are closing but my store closes on the 8th

I always scoop up cards for places I know I will eventually spend money and wait for a sale so I get the sale price and the discounted GC benefit. When they did 15% off Bass Pro GC, I compounded that with the 10% club member discount which ended up being a 23.5% discount on something that was also on sale.

You can definitely use more than one gift card on an online order. Not sure what the max is but I used 3 on a holiday purchase just last month.
