That is what they advertise - 140w for single cable and then steps down to 65w + 30w for using both cable ends, provided your charger supports the wattage.

Does it change power distribution when one of the devices is fully charged and stops drawing power and/or switches to trickle charge?

Edit: nevermind, says "dynamic power allocation" whatever that means. Checking the power draw every second, every minute, or something else....

yeah i experienced it, great for desk, car you might appreciate it but also something braided or more durable for car could make sense depending how rough you are with the cable

If you have the issue with something such as charging a power bank from a power station and if both items have a bidirectional USB-C port, there's really no way to control which way the power flows. Unless you use a cable like this.
