Honey (PayPal's cashback program) offered me a dollar and some change cashback if I bought it so I ordered anyway, since I figure it's mere cents difference at that point.

Both coupons applied when I tested it. The 1st product is out of stock but it worked on the intensive repair. I'll probably order a bigger size so I can use the entire $8.00.

Tried again in a different account and both coupons applied at checkout, paid only tax. Went to the first account again and only the $5 coupon applies even though both show on the product page.

Worked for me. Everything on the app. Except the $3 off wasn't on the product page for me so I thought they got rid of this. But at checkout, there was a "save more" deal or something and the extra $3 off was there and it worked to me on android CVS app

Only $3 off, no $5 off. After refreshing, $5 shows up.
However, only the $5 coupon was applied at checkout.

I was able to place the order just now. For those having trouble not finding the $5 off coupon or applying both $5 and $3 coupons together, I suggest switching between phone app and web browser on computer. I couldn't find the $5 coupon on phone app but found it on browser. Then only $5 coupon was getting applied on computer so switched to phone to place the order with both the coupons.
