Yes, once you know, you know. By then, it's too late.

It depends on your budget, you can start as low as a1 with AMS for color or splurge and pick up p1s or P2S. Look at FB marketplace and there are so many X1Cs on sale because most of the folks upgraded to H2 series

No, I have the ender 3 ve SE and e was able to print a benchy just fine.
The Creality printers that have the auto Z are fine.
I also have the Bambu A1C and I love it, the Bambu ecosystem and handy app are really great.

I would not say to get this right now but only because tool changers/ nozzle changers are going to be coming and changing the whole game.
They're not new but they are becoming affordable now.
I was very disappointed though that Creality has 2 new A1 clones coming out and still no tool or nozzle changer.

My ender 3 V3 SE prints fine
But slow and no multicolor so that is mainly why I use the Bambu A1C now.

But this printer is a lot better than the V3 SE so it should work even better and a lot faster

I can't speak for the K2, but my Flashforge "just works" too. I think the other brands have caught up to Bambu, at a much better price point, but their marketing is strong. I hope the competition brings down prices from the big names.

As someone who has a Bambu P2S with a nonfunctioning AMS he got in the combo and another P2S Combo on the way Bambu printers are great but they have TERRIBLE technical/ customer service support. I can't get help with the AMS (I have do everything to fix it the manual said and then some) and no help from customer service to cancel the second printer I would say the ENTIRE industry has work to do as they venture into getting more mainstream customers. Having said all of that ... If the hardware is crappy AND the service/support are crappy as is what I have heard about THIS printer you are gonna be in for a bad time.

I bought a Bambu P2S with the AMS 2 pro during the Black Friday sale (with the PayPal discount). It just works, every time. I haven't had a single failed print and I've been using it a lot.
My last 3d printer was always malfunctioning, I ended up spending more time fighting it than actually printing. The P2S is close to a normal printer. You plug it in, load filament, and print things.

I have a k2 plus and an H2D and let me tell you the K2 series is either great or terrible. Get a P2S

I just lost my 3rd hotend to pla clumping up and just encasing the hot end. Among many other frustrating nights. Then it'll print fine for months.
Will creality send you parts? Yes. Will you spend more time messing with this printer than you'd ever want to? Absolutely.
