This is the sweet spot for price/performance. Processor is faster on desktop than AMD and great for 4k gaming.

My only real reservation is that iBUYPOWER is kinda trash if you have any real issues. Quality control is not good and if you have issues, their customer service has a very bad reputation.

Processor is great. Not an x3d but these chips run at half the power and within 10% of the performance of their AMD counterparts. Although, I usually advise against the F version of their chips because they come without integrated graphics. This can be problematic if your GPU dies and you are trying to troubleshoot it. It does save money by not having it, though.

This is the best price yet on a desktop with Core 7 / RTX 5070 level of performance.
This is not to say that it's cheap, but the pricing today is what it is.

You have to be careful with Best Buy. Sometimes their deals will run 24 or 48 hours, but sometimes they can run as short as 4 or 6 hours.

Usually they will show a deal timer so you know how long you have to make up your mind, but sometimes they don't which can lend a sense of urgency to things.
