Correct, you get no noise cancelling. Not an opinion - simply a fact.

These are amazing for using when hearing background noise is a benefit, or even talking on the phone. Something about talking into noise cancelling headphones breaks my brain a little bit.

A few times a year bose earbuds will disconnect from your phone and refuse to connect. There is no resetting them to get them to connect back up. They can connect via Bluetooth, but the app just won't connect to them. Then on about the 10th try they will connect again.

It's really distracting when you use the earbuds to focus. Been an issue since I bought mine 2-3 years ago, and according to Copilot they've tried and failed to fix it, so keep in mind they have some bugs that they can't work out.

Just sharing my experience. Happened when using them on two different phones.

I can't tell the difference because I don't use earbuds a lot. When I was a kid we all had to buy the best music set up we could afford and to tell the truth, unless they are set up side by side and test em, I can't feel that much difference. not enough to justify spending hundreds more. I have a $22 pair of no name buds and I like em. If I compared I'd prob like the high cost ones, but I don't care enough about it.

I agree, maybe our ears are different. I got the open box Apple Airpods Pro 2 for $70ish few weeks, so I'm good on the earbuds side

I've heard a lot of issues similar to this, that's why I'm quite hesitant on upgrading my old Bose earbuds to these.
