Correct, you get no noise cancelling. Not an opinion - simply a fact.

These are amazing for using when hearing background noise is a benefit, or even talking on the phone. Something about talking into noise cancelling headphones breaks my brain a little bit.

This Bose bundle pairs the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, second generation, with a free refurbished pair of Ultra Open Earbuds, making it appealing if you want both in ear noise cancelling and open ear awareness. The open ear pair is praised for comfort, all day wear, workouts, calls, and staying aware of surroundings, while the in ear model is better suited for travel. Caveats include no noise cancelling on the open ear buds, reported sensor quirks on older Bose earbuds, and occasional Bluetooth or app connection bugs. Extra savings may come from My Bose or Amex offers.

  • The open-ear Ultra Open earbuds provide no noise cancelling, which can be beneficial for staying aware during workouts and calls.

  • An Amex offer can add extra savings on top of the deal, including an example of earning $50 back after spending $250.

    OneShotWondrOneShotWondr

  • The open-ear design can be easy to wear all day and may help users remain present while hearing surroundings.

    rpitone10

  • A My Bose loyalty signup can provide a 10% off coupon that works with this promotion.

    sh33la

  • The open-ear style may not deliver the same noise cancelling performance as in-ear earbuds.

    GreyShoe978

  • Older Bose earbuds reportedly can trigger sensor problems that stop music or end calls when adjusting ear pieces or covering ears.

    RichardAlpha

  • Bose earbuds reportedly can disconnect from a phone and fail to reconnect through the app, with no reset fix and repeated connection attempts needed.

    silcam

  • The deal price may not feel exceptional because new Ultra Gen 2 earbuds were reportedly $249 during the prior month.

So I tried to buy.... I only get one pair of the refurbished earbuds for free.....

My understanding is: two pairs of the refurbished earbuds FREE + 1 new pair of the earbuds....

HELP!!!!!
It helps to read the promotion, your understanding is wrong. You buy the Bose QC Ultra Earbuds 2nd generation and then you get a free pair of the Refurbished Bose Ultra Open Earbuds.

Can anyone comments on how these work with iOS? Connection, Siri any difficulties or do they work pretty with iPhone's? Also, how's the fitting selection? I have the Apple Air Pod Pro 3 the right ear piece is constantly having to be adjusted or flat out falls out. I wish Apple didn't change the design. The Pro 2's were great but I went for the Pro 3 new features. Big mistake.

How did you get this?
If you have an Amex card, you should be able to check your offers and search for Bose. The one under my account said "Spend $250 or more, earn $50 back"

I'm not a huge fan of OE buds. Don't think you get as good NC as you do with buds in ear...imho
Noise canceling on open ear buds sounds a lot like screen doors on submarines - you don't want them. Lol

How long did it take for you to get the 10% off offer, and was it via email? I registered an hour ago but haven't seen anything on my account or inbox. Thanks!

Looks like it is expired. Does Bose do this promotion often?
