And when used at full capacity for prolonged periods, it will not throttle down due to heat concerns.
However, because of that, it will run very hot. Measured in one review at skin scalding, ~180F hot.
One is free to look up the OSHA standards for what it considers hazardous skin contact temperatures and consider their buying decision.
Push it to the limit, and one can get burned. Literally.

I've had a lot of Baseus products and they've been pretty much trouble free for me.
I would rank them third behind Anker/Aukey - ESR - Baseus as far as Chinese companies go. Never had ANY problems or complaints about any of their 40+ items I've used. Always surprises me.
High enough quality for the cheap.
I'll take a chance and watch for overheating b4 leaving it plugged in unattended.
