Benefit of this model is that you have 2 sets of massage rollers that can work simultaneously.
Working to get a price adjustment since it dropped from $4500 on sale in Sept to $4k.

Osaki's Orion Duo stands out as a high end massage chair with rare dual 4D and 3D rollers, adjustable intensity, and strong back, neck, lumbar, calf, and zero gravity features. The Bluetooth speakers and heating also get praise, and the chair can fit larger bodies better than some other Osaki models. Main drawbacks are the fixed 30 minute program limit, awkward hand sensor placement, and reports that the calf, foot, or shoulder fit can feel too strong or too small for some builds. At this price, it feels like a premium but very size sensitive pick.
Common Questions (5)
It can fit larger people, but the fit is not universal. The chair may feel tight in the calves or shoulders for some users, and a 6'4" user noted their knees stick out unless they sit higher in the chair.
Yes. The chair has adjustable intensity with 5 levels for airbags, kneading, rapping, and massage. That matters because the model is not fixed at one strength, and the dual rollers can be tuned for different comfort levels.
Yes. The Bluetooth speakers are positioned beside your head for an immersive sound field, and both lumbar and calf heating are reported to work well with 3 heat levels. Zero gravity is also called out as a standout feature.
The maximum program length is 30 minutes, after which it has to be restarted. That is useful to know if you want longer sessions without interruption.
A repair visit can be arranged through Osaki, and one reported airbag replacement was handled by a technician within 2 days in Houston. That suggests service may be straightforward when parts and local support are available.

Some of the issue with these chairs is that they are sold as a one size fits all but people come in different sizes. For example I have no problems using the chair but my wife can't tolerate the calf massage part she says its too strong even on the lowest level. Also, the top of the chair doesn't quite get my shoulders that well and I'm not a tall person. All that's to say that it can't be everything to everyone.
