I have this model (purchased in September 2025). The intensity can be adjusted. 5 levels for each of airbags, kneading, rapping, and massage.

Benefit of this model is that you have 2 sets of massage rollers that can work simultaneously.

Working to get a price adjustment since it dropped from $4500 on sale in Sept to $4k.

I've owned 4 diff Osaki massage chairs from Costco and the best one for effective massage has been: Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro. Nothing else comes close. It's not perfect but I've used it twice daily for the last 3 years and it works.

Osaki's Orion Duo stands out as a high end massage chair with rare dual 4D and 3D rollers, adjustable intensity, and strong back, neck, lumbar, calf, and zero gravity features. The Bluetooth speakers and heating also get praise, and the chair can fit larger bodies better than some other Osaki models. Main drawbacks are the fixed 30 minute program limit, awkward hand sensor placement, and reports that the calf, foot, or shoulder fit can feel too strong or too small for some builds. At this price, it feels like a premium but very size sensitive pick.

  • The chair offers adjustable massage intensity across multiple functions for customization during sessions.

  • The dual roller setup can run two sets of massage rollers simultaneously for more coverage.

    gtiracerboondocsaint42

  • The Bluetooth speakers provide immersive audio placement while you stream music during massage programs.

    gtiracerjefflins

  • Lumbar and calf heating includes multiple heat levels and works well for comfort-focused sessions.

    gtiracerjefflins

  • The massage intensity may be reported as not adjustable, which can limit personalization for some buyers.

    powerplyer

  • The chair can feel like a one-size-fits-all design, with fit issues such as calf massage feeling too strong or shoulder coverage falling short.

    Dr. J

  • The maximum massage program duration is limited to 30 minutes, requiring a restart to continue longer sessions.

  • A lemon unit can lead to a slow return pickup and an extended wait for a refund.

I've had a massage chair for 3.5 years and use it at least twice a day.

I bought this exact chair from Costco on Black Friday ($4500 before taxes). Mine was a lemon and did not work. The return process took a month, but eventually they did come pick it up. I'm still waiting to be refunded. I read the limited reviews on Costco and out of the 13 reviews, 1 other lady had the exact same problem I had.

What's the return policy
This is from Costco, so it is their generous return policy.

I'm surprised I don't see "white glove delivery" as an option. I'd definitely need the massage after getting this bulky 275lb chair inside.

I'm assuming you mean Osaki Grand Duo? I placed an order for mine about a week ago and it'll be delivered in couple of days. It was about $6500 after tax. One of my biggest purchases. Do you like yours? Is it worth the money? How much did you get it for and from where? I know I know ... too many questions. I'm just trying to make myself feel better with the decision of purchase
I paid exactly $6,500 from Costco. I love it. I never use the side doors, so probably could have bought another cheaper model. I also never used the aromatherapy. It's great for my back and neck. I'm 6'4" so it's a bit small where my knees stick out unless I scoot up high in the chair, but not a big issue as I don't care for massaging my calves as much. There are very few pleasures in life. Why not treat yourself. Life is short. I've had it almost a year last February and still haven't gone through all the settings. I wish I knew how to extend the leg all the way out and keep it out. Most settings the leg adjust a lot during a session. Maybe someone knows how to do?
