I've been using this for 7+ years and its going rock solid. Love that design of rotating outlets. I can actually use all 6 because of that. My only wish was that it came in white color. Irrespectively, highly recommended.

I've been using this for 7+ years and its going rock solid. Love that design of rotating outlets. I can actually use all 6 because of that. My only wish was that it came in white color. Irrespectively, highly recommended.

I also have been using this one for a while, have never had any issues with it. It replaces the screw in the middle that holds the face plate on the wall, so you can use it over the faceplate or replace it entirely.

That doesn't seem safe if you have a few power adapters plugged in. All the weight is supported by a small screw.

If you zoom in, you'll see the screw itself is pretty long. Plus there's a gray "peg" below that will insert into the bottom outlet for support.

It should be fine for most people, but yes. There will be some "hold my beer" people.
