I don't think I've ever seen $.48 a lbs. this is a smoking deal. I have this brand and make for over 2 years used indoors. They are just fine in every way. Wiped them down. Used a little dish soap and water and let them sit in the sun 2 sunny days. No smell. I may buy 2 more sets Though I don't need 25s. I'd rather have 45s. Or even the 55s for my leg press. These are a great price. Hard to pass up.

Is the 260 pound set for around a dollar a pound pretty good?

I keep buying all these weights and I haven't even open 1 yet. It's collecting dust along with six $10 curl bars I got. Lol

I just got these in and they're surprisingly very good quality. They're surprisingly using better rubber because of the very low bounce (means high durometer).

Hate to say it but for a pair of $25s at that price shipped, I'm going to say they are a better value than even my Rogue competition bumpers. The only obvious downside when looking at those two is the smaller metal insert vs comp insert but that should matter to .2% of the population.

Not really. $200 for 260lbs, whereas this deal is $24 for 50lbs.

My suggestion is to shop them piecemeal right now since there seems to be a bunch floating around the $.50/lb range. Don't forget to buy change weights too (2.5, 5 and 10 lbs)!

The 100 lbs set is just $57, which includes this pair of 25 lbs plates

I have this set and the 10 lbs plates are useless by themselves. They bend if you use them solo. You have to use them with the 25's which is more solid. Just something to consider.

The 10's also are a pain getting on and off any of my bars, or just outright don't fit some.

The 25's are great, though. Obviously slightly lower quality than other bumpers, but they fit on the bar and make it heavier. At this price, it's a no brainer to grab a set. But do I grab a second set...

Weights are weights, I'd grab a second set of 25's if I needed them at this price. I wouldn't do crazy CrossFit workouts with these but for your average home gym they're perfect.
