Is the ebay deal better? 280 for bigger one, 2 year warranty, but it is refurbished.

I JUST returned this same model (from Lowe's bought on after their Christmas sale for $200). I found that 4.5 qts is really small when trying to do just about anything. No room in the bowl to add ingredients or make anything of quantity.The one I got was also defective. Noisy, grinding motor. Wouldn't go any faster than the "8" speed setting, out of "10" speeds Wouldn't whip egg whites effectively.
