Yes. This thing is small. I would not recommend this if you are over 5'5.

I have to disagree, the max load almost certainly is referring to the weight you can throw on the barbell. There's no chance it's limited to 90 pounds for a 210 pound adult. Also, I have a similar setup in my garage with a cheap rack like this but a separate bench, and I'm 6'6" and am able to use it for squats. Not ideal but it works. For someone trying to save some money I would not discourage them from considering this.

How high does the squat rack reach? Nearest foot would be great. Like how much do you have to bend to get to the bar? I'm a powerblocks & bench alone home guy, but the idea of throwing in squats cheap (still have to buy weights & a barbell) is tempting. Thanks!

Bench weight ratings, including professional grade models, always include the weight of the user. This bench is rated for 300lb *including* the user. This is not meant for you to lift heavy. If that's your intention, for your own safety please spend more than $50 on a bench...
