This DeWalt 192 piece mechanics set is a heavy, broad socket kit that covers most common jobs with 1 4, 3 8, and 1 2 inch drives, deep and standard sockets, extensions, adapters, Torx bits, and hex keys. The 6 point sockets are praised for reducing rounding and knuckle busting, and the set is made in Taiwan with a lifetime warranty. The main drawback is the large SAE section and the lack of box end wrenches. It feels like a solid, near complete chrome socket set for garage use.
Home mechanics building a single garage socket kit, because it covers common metric and SAE sizes with 6-point sockets, extensions, adapters, and spark plug sockets.
Buyers wanting a lifetime-backed tool set, because the warranty applies and the tools are described as high quality.
Mechanics who prefer 6-point sockets, because they reduce rounding off fasteners and are less likely to bust knuckles.
DIYers working on modern vehicles, because the set reaches larger metric sizes up to 24 mm and 1 inch without adding box-end wrenches.
Technicians who want a lighter portable kit, because the set weighs about 35 to 37 pounds and feels hefty.
Mechanics who want box-end wrenches included, because this set omits them entirely.
Owners who need lots of SAE sockets for newer metric-only work, because nearly a third of the set is SAE and those sizes can be useless outside older American cars.

I knew it was going to be heavy but... it's heavy. Lots of quality steel for just $98!
Thanks OP for post. GREAT COMPLETE SET! My only complaint would be sockets are 6-point.
