I didn't know they even made the Pixie still. The one I bought in 2015 is still ticking and gets used 2-3 times each day.

I got mine in 2014 and it's still going strong! They do still make it: https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/o...ee-machine
but I think this one specifically is a De'Longhi branded version. Looks very similar but internals probably different.

Looks like my Nespresso branded Inissia I bought 10 years ago. We still use it on occasion. Paid $80 with a frother back then.

You think if I go tomorrow, there will be any left? Just want one for my family.

Do not get anything that does NOT use the original pods. They are gouging people with their trademark on their newer non-original pods. I get mine for 25-30 cents a pod whereas the originals are upwards of $1 or more a piece. that adds up quickly

App is showing warehouse price as $179 (low stock) in Temecula. Looks like manager special.

I'm confused. Why are the originals $1+.

I assume they are talking about the original line which you can now find decent quality 3rd party pods with real aluminum pods for as little as 15-20 cents per pod. These are only available for the original line pods from my understanding versus having to get "oem" nespresso pods which now start at 90 cents for original line pods.

If you buy a vertuo line espresso machine which uses centrifugal brewing and can make espresso as well as different size regular coffees... there are no good quality 3rd party pods (that im aware of) so you are stuck paying at least $1.08 per espresso pod and $1.40 per coffee pod

FWIW, the vertuoline patent doesn't expire for several years. The expiration of the originaline patent is what prompted the proliferation of 3rd party pods (apologies for the alliteration...). Of course the real savings can be had if you switch to a superautomatic and whole bean coffee, although my cut-price L'Or (Philips) machine still gets used for the occasional decaf...

Yup, I was led the believe thats the reason the original line pods got cheap and vertuo machines were born.

I too replaced mine with a super automatic at home although brought the old nespresso machine to work where it still provides me joy.
