These are gen4 . I received it and it was gen 4. It's a mistake to say gen5 by Walmart

Not a horrible deal for this drive given the current market. If you need something like this probably one of the best deals you'll see for a while. If you don't need something now or in the near future hopefully prices will come back down to more sane prices sooner or later.

I bought some awhile back and even though it was "in delivery" from a local store, like loaded in a car, halfway through delivery it ended up saying delayed, and then they never reshipped.
