No, and in fact Atlus / Sega just released a statement that they were aware people have been holding out for Royal editions, lol.

The DLC is all cosmetic and it's just costumes from Persona games. If you were thinking about playing this, I'd say just buy it. It's a great game (and very meaty!) even at full price. Whatever price they'd charge for a new edition would likely not be worth it.

This is on gamepass, for anyone who might have that subscription. I was about 10 seconds from grabbing this deal, personally I prefer gaming on PS5 but I'll save my money and check it out on gamepass.
