micro plastics?
How?

So, do you like only wear 100% cotton clothes, only drink from stainless steel faucets connected to water lines that are made of copper, only eat at restaurants that do not use any form of plastic? How do you get your milk or other groceries in non-plastic containers?

I was surprised to see "regenerative" in the title because mass-produced products grown regeneratively are kinda rare. I couldn't find any information on the product page that says "regenerative" or points to regenerative production. Tazo does sell some regenerative teas, but this doesn't appear to be one of them, if that matters to anyone. Good deal if regenerative doesn't matter, but if you're focused on regenerative, this doesn't appear to be it

On Amazon, the title says caffeine free but one of the screenshots says 31-45 mg caffeine. Which one is it?

Random fact, green and black tea drank before or after meals helps prevent iron absorption. I have high iron and have to donate blood regularly to reduce my iron levels. I recently found this out about these teas and began drinking them around meal time. My iron levels had dropped a good deal since. Consequently, if you have low iron either avoid these teas or dont drink them with your iron supplement or at meals.
