If this is version 1, the remote finder feature is as.s. It never ever works when you need it to. Unless you are testing it 5 min after setting it up, it will not work.

The problem, I believe, is that the Bluetooth goes to sleep after a certain amount of time. My echo also "forgets" the remote after a few weeks and keeps saying it cannot find an item named "whatever you name your remote". Wonky as sheet. Really mad because I bought two of these so I wouldn't have to keep looking through my couch cushions.

The backlight is the only nice thing about it.
