Looks like it might be valid only for Prime members. If you are a Prime member, did you go to final checkout? I'm seeing an additional $23.99 promo subtracted at checkout.

Yes. Prime membership here. Saw the coupon discount only. Did see an opportunity to purchase additional items and earn my way up to a multi item percentage discount but that's different than this SD listing instructions. Forgot to add. Both mobile and desktop were tried.

It worked for me for both Prime/non-Prime after I clicked to activate the 30% coupon [amazon.com] (auto-applied at checkout). If that doesn't work for you, it might be valid only in select locations or for select accounts.
