I've tried all the Peet's varieties and imho the only pods worth their price are the Nerissimo ones. Otherwise much prefer the official Nespresso and L'or pods.

I feel like these pods have decreased in quality recently. I usually buy the 10 level (ristretto). It tastes bitter and watered down now.

8/9/11 are similar, just different concentration.
10(Ristretto) is a different flavor.

I used to order L'Or as well, but apparently Peet's bought them recently, so I don't think they will be available much longer. You can't get them on the L'Or website anmore, but there's still some inventory on Amazon.
