I purchased a "new" condition GE Opal 2.0 last week, received an open box Opal 1.0.
Should have checked reviews as I'm not the only one this happened to. They have also failed to respond to my messages yet.

I see some of you have concerns with buying on eBay. The nice thing about eBay is you can open a return with reason "item not as described" and that will put the seller under a deadline to respond to you. If seller fails to respond within the deadline then eBay automatically starts your return and generates a prepaid shipping label for you. Seller always pays return shipping when reason is "item not as described". One can also pay with paypal to get a 2nd layer of protection on top of eBay's buyer's protections. For $100 or $109 shipped I'd absolutely roll the dice on this even if it is a Vizio.
