I have an extra-thick yoga mat from this brand and it seems decent quality
I recommend a 24" long foam roller because the longer length allows you to position it vertically behind your spine and stretch out the chest/shoulders, which we all hold in a cramped position from sitting at desks and using phones. 18" is a little too short for torso length
