While the pattern on this one is particularly ugly, these are great for concerts with lawn seating. Easy to carry, thick enough to provide some protection, easy to clean, and stiff enough that they don't just bunch up.

If you're into laying in fields, this goes a long way in making you not look crazy.

This pattern is not my first choice, but at least it's busy enough to hide little stains. Whatever, in for 2. I'll keep one in the trunk of each car with a paperback and a Frisbee as a sort of instant picnic. This can make a Panera run into a romantic evening if you play your cards right. Or, instead bring your kids along...
