I have this power supply. The first one developed a fan squeal after about 1 year and had to be RMAed. 2nd is working fine at the moment with an rtx4080 and 7700x.

It does. You have to look at the cables, not the side of the PSU.

I was sent this power supply after I had another model RMAd. It's a good PS but will only work with certain cases. I have mine with the fan facing up inside the case. It's not optimal, but I have had no issues with it being set up this way and it's the only way I could get it to fit with the case I use.
