The BISSELL Pet Stain Eraser Plus is a compact cordless spot cleaner best suited for quick pet messes on carpets, upholstery, stairs, and car interiors. The small form factor makes it easy to grab for immediate cleanup, and it can remove spots and dog stains well when paired with BISSELL formula. The main drawback is weak suction, so it is not a deep cleaner and struggles with larger jobs like whole couches or rugs. Cleanup and refilling after each use add hassle, making it a handy tool for small stains rather than full room cleaning.
Common Questions (5)
It has limited suction and works better for spot cleaning than deep cleaning. It can remove small stains and pet messes, but larger carpet or couch jobs are better handled by a bigger carpet cleaner.
At around $28, it is considered a solid price for a compact spot cleaner if you want quick cleanup convenience. The main caveat is that the machine itself is viewed as mediocre for suction, so the value depends on whether you need a grab-and-go stain remover rather than a deep cleaner.
No, it is better suited to small spot cleaning than whole-couch or large-area jobs. For bigger cleaning tasks, a larger carpet cleaner with stronger suction is the better choice.
It does not dry great, so it is best used on small areas that can air-dry afterward. It can remove spots and dog stains well, but it is not ideal for cleaning an entire sofa.
It performs best when used with BISSELL formula. The cleaner is mainly effective at getting solution onto the stain and scrubbing it off, so pairing it with the intended formula helps it do its job on pet stains.
