The lack of declaring it as refurb, and no refurb guidelines is a bit off putting.

I'm assuming all the pitchers and stuff are new? Vitamix declares this on the refurbs directly for example.

Used like new usually mean open box or box damaged if the person who check returns did their job...

Bought an open box not too long ago. Something about the food processors seems to be prone to damage (mine was busted up). Look at reviews; this model has some quality issues people complain about.

Because in no way, shape, or form is this refurbished. It looks good as new, but it's been used.

When this was returned, someone peeked in the box and said "yep... good enough" and sat it on the shelf to be resold.

Wife purchased a very similar ninja model at target last week, and from the moment we got home she regretted her purchase snd hasn't opened it.
In for 1 so she can return her crap and use this crap instead 😆
Got a eureka vacuum used from Amazon last week and damn thing was new. I'll take the risk.

Just a heads up. We have a model of this and the suction cups rip the screws right out of the bottom of the blender. Its really really annoying and now we have to tape it together like fools any time we want a smoothie.

This has been my (admittedly limited) experience with most "Used - Like New stuff" (heat press and a shark vacuum). The box comes, it has clearly been opened or damaged but pulling the stuff out and you can tell it hasn't been used. There is the chance it was used a bit and returned but if it looks bad then return it (just depends if the potential need to return it is worth the savings over a new something).

In case you were not aware: There are two levers on the bottom, each side...pressing those releases the suction from whatever surface it's on. Found this purely by accident
