Yes, it does and iTunes often has this for $3 (in HD, don't know if it upgraded to 4K) and it includes ALL the extras from the disc release, the alternate cuts, commentaries, interviews, etc.

UPDATE: Checked and the feature IS now 4K Dolby Vision. Director's Cut is still HD.

Only the theatrical. The limited edition version had both cuts.
