Judging by the comments on Amazon this thing is a death trap.

The product should be renamed to "The Widowmaker" upon reading the reviews.

What reviews are you referring to? Here's what it says when I look at the reviews: "There are 0 customer reviews and 1,149 customer ratings."

I'm guessing there's no way 330 is safe. I just got a 3 step gorilla ladder that's very sturdy and its limit is 225lbs.

Your ladder must be lacking the "Upgraded thicken tube." 🙂

The ladder I bought is ansi rated for 225 (no one in the house is close to that weight) and it weighs over 10 lbs.

This has no rating from independent safety, and listed the weight as "16 ounces" lol. They're both made of steel.

I'm sure it functions but anyone average American weight or over might be careful thinking they're getting on the top step, is all I'm saying.

If you're a Costco member, the 3-step Cosco (no T, different brand) that they sell is around this price, and very solid. The top step is about 30" high, so it's a little shorter, but it's quite sturdy, Cosco is a reputable brand, and you've got Costco to back it up.
