Same cpu as the galaxy 7, which can be had for ~$100. I really liked the 7 but wanted better battery life and got the Ultra (2024) for $200 on eBay. Much better to do that imo and the Ultra is LTE capable if you want it.
In summary, paying this much for an 8 over the 7 or Ultra makes no sense.

i have a 7 and had an 8 both at 44mm. there's no real difference between them besides 1 has a year longer of support and is the newer version. The 8 has an anti-oxidant scanner thingy that the 7 doesn't have and that I've never used and doesn't really provide any substantially useful information. I enjoy my 7 more because it is not as ugly and ended up returning the 8 after a week or so. The battery life for these are awful, I picked the 44mm because it's supposed to be a larger battery. I pretty much wanted 2 watches so that I can always have a watch on at all times and they take turns swapping on my wrists and on the charger every 1 - 2 days. When charging though, it charges fast. I've never timed it, but it charges from like low to full in about 20 mins or so it feels like. You can get the 7 for so much cheaper and the 40mm version of the 7 even more so. Not worth over 100 dollars more for the 8 imo.

Good price. I'm guessing we'll start to see more of these deals on the 8 and Ultra as we get closer to the probable July release of the 9 and Ultra 2.
