The buy one get one free Finish dish washing detergent coupon (says in store only) didn't work. The cashiers just said stuff like "it's because it's on sale."

Edit: Since my store just got new registers, I wonder if the 4/25 Colgate will work now. Too late to try because I just have a 6/2 dq left for this week.

And learned that it, like a 20% off CRT, applies after all other Qs & ECB.
I had another plan but DH nixed it (Oreos for him giving back 2ecb) so I grabbed a bunch of H2O2 and did math on the fly while he picked up prescriptions.
I told the clerk I needed to spend my 10ecb (also from subscription & expired 8/5) and to just stop when the total was over $10, after my 20%
but (fortunately?) he knew to tell me that the 20% would apply AFTER 10 ecb.
So that's kind of useless. At least I was forewarned and could put fewer on the belt.
edit - apparently yes
My new monthly (subscription) $10ecb is due on the 7th.
Are these like reg. ECB and I can use it within the 5/20 transaction, or like the occasional freebie/gratis $2 they send via email that reduce the threshold? I could never use the gratis ones with a x/xx, and had to convert them to regular ECB first. Which I can't really do anymore, not and earn another $10. I'm not going to try to use the 5/20 if I can't use it with the monthly $10.
ETA: used it on the last day, so my ECB expires after I get my $10 in Sept.
Everything worked, $5 applied along with $8 in dQs and $16ECB.
I did the 10ecb wys $30, ECB printed on 29.96 subtotal so 98% rule still works at this store (no SCO)
And my tax was very low. I'm presuming that the 10 monthly & 6 and 2 ecb that are pharm perks reduce tax liability.
But still too much stress & drama for Viva, Dawn & some Febreze fillers.

Just went to a few stores and got a bunch of the dog soccer balls for $2.5 each, my dog loves the one I already got him so good to have other ones ready to go when he inevitably destroys them lol. but yeah one i went to did not have much out, just a small table of shirts. but the others still had a bunch of tumblers, hats and other stuff.
