I was going to comment questioning the sound quality of the amp, but then did the math on the total for the guitar's price from the recent guitar-only post, gig bag cost, and cable. The amp is probably less than 20 cents extra in this bundle. For pretty much free, it doesn't matter how it sounds. It may not even sound that bad for it's size.

Right handed model only. No love for lefties. Why is it a left handed guitar is twice as much as the same right handed guitar? Why are us lefties penalized?

Remember buying a guitar about a year or 2 ago for this but didn't come with any of those goodies. Would having two be too much?

Lefties represent less than 15% of the market and many of us play right-handed. Also, when you can find lefty models they tend to be the same or close the price of righties.

These are made in China and the quality is cut at every corner. Don't expect much but the very basic. Not tuned.

Of course it's not "tuned". I'm hoping you meant not set up? No guitar is perfectly set up once you receive it.

Our family's lefties learn guitar as righties. That way they aren't shunted into the lefties instrument market for the rest of their lives, and can pick up any guitar at the shop and play it. Better fingerboard dexterity is arguably better anyway than what is needed for picking and strumming.

Same with computer mouse location, but that's another thread.

Your lefty children will thank you later for having them learn on righty guitars.

Buy the bundle. It may ship each item separately as four separate orders in the end. Then return the guitar.

Any recommendations for a book to get a kid started on guitar? My 9 year old is interested, but needs something step by step.
