Seems so as long as it doesnt combust. I use a regular tower one in my fifth wheel when we camp, though similar wattage 700/1500, and it heats it very well that I dont have to burn propane. Though the coldest I've used it was in the 40s.

No, this is not a good portable heater for camping, because if you have electricity available you are not camping.

I would avoid buying a cheap space heater on Amazon. It seems like there are many unknown Chinese brands. I bought one a fee years ago that eventually had a recall related to a fire hazard. Amazon refused to refund and told me to contact the manufacturer directly. When I did that, I never heard back.
IMHO you're better off spending a little more $ and getting something from a known brand.

in for one just because my AC's heater sucks and it makes my bill go up $35-$45 a month when I use it and its cold.. so this $12 will save me likely in just one month
