? Didn't I see something about the Milwaukee 5.0 batteries dying 🤔
Asking because this looks like a decent price for what it is
I use to do a lot of building and renovating I have some Ryobi and just started collecting Ridgid's stuff which I could still return but like the idea of the lifetime service. Before say 2yrs ago I was on all normal extension cord saws drills etc.

Most of my serious tools are plug type. A table saw, even a job site one is pathetic on batteries. Same thing goes with sds hammer drills for.serious cutting. You'll save money with corded and get a much better tool imho.

Solid deal given what the high torque impact costs on its own. It's a beast and has removed many a bolts that nothing else could remove.

It all depends. There's a reason why a lot of contractors use the battery powered tools, almost exclusively. The m18's are good tools, but a bit oversized for most around-the-house stuff, so I prefer the m12's. Milwaukee makes some really nice tools. Yes, they're expensive, but this set's price is pretty good for what you get.

I also have corded versions of most of the m12 tools that I have, but the corded ones are used much less now.

I've had better luck with the 5.0 batteries. I use them all the time.

I'm not sure, but I've seen it often used in relation to the military, so I think it's the exchange on the base.
