Noticed older gen gd-oled dropping in price. But heard they tend to scratch easily and flicker worse. Can anyone comment on how this performs?

Sad to see this no longer offered on Samsung.com directly since it is the only Smart version in 16×9 and the M90 is prohibitively expensive.

This is the good, older version of this monitor. The G81SF now costs more and does not include Tizen OS, so no direct apps or movie streaming. Also, no built in speakers. I realize most people will have awesome sounds setups when buying a monitor like this, but the ability to have built in speakers and have the built in movie streaming gives you a lot of flexibility that Samsung took away while charging more money. Oh, and the panel is amazing if not a bit oversaturated out of the box. Great price for a great monitor.

People don't want apps and an OS on their computer monitor. If they did they'd buy a TV.

Sidecar entertainment monitors are big for those folks who spend a lot of time at their desks.

Given very few OLEDS TVs in this size, this monitor definitely had a market. The issue was there was a bigger market for people who didn't want Tizen.
