You may be referencing the Penn Battle IV, which is the latest iteration of this line of reels.This is for the original Penn Battle I. Still a good deal for the price but the standalone reel is more in the $100 range.

I think I will just wait. They have had these for quite awhile now. I think $50 is my buy point on this older reel design. Just picked up a battle 4 and it is head and shoulders above this older one. But at a little lower price point, I would bite.
