I have had very bad luck with Rayovac batteries leaking and corroding inside my electronic devices.

Hopefully leakage is of a previous version of Rayovac batteries, but I'm guessing it's still happening recently?

We have had so many batteries leak from this brand, that we will no longer by them, as they have ruined items they were in. But just an FYI, if you save the leaked batteries and show proof to RayOVac, and show what it costs to replace the item it ruined, they will mail you a check for it.
