I need a set of spare mics, that I have gen 1 which works nice, need gen 2 to work with my pocket 3, while knowing gen 3 didn't have 3.5mm jack for lavalier mic which is a downgrade to me, so gen 2 seems like it's the best option in my case? Moreover it's cheaper now.

Mic 3 supports up to 4 Transmitters, which 2 doesn't. If you use Lav mics then Mic 2 makes more sense but if you want up to 4 people without crazy hoops then Mic 3 does that.
