I got a pair from this deal but the AirPods were locked to someone else's iCloud account so I couldn't set up the FindMy. Requested a return, but the AirPods were authentic.

Seeing as how new for $199 happens often I wouldn't buy used to save $10.

It says smashed box then the term say "may have been repackaged". So basically not just a broken smashed box….

Exactly the same that happened to me right now as I just received them. Pretty annoying

For $10 I would not take any risk at all. $199 is a very frequent price and Costco keeps coming with $220 including 2 yrs apple care.

Purchased A set of open box AirPod Pro threes during the last sale. They sent me a used AirPod Pro first generation. When I wrote back to them complaining about it, they said nothing in a return. Trash company. Buyer Beware.

These are used and returned items sold as open box. Don't waste your money… spend a few dollars more and buy from a reputable source - preferably your local retailers like Costco, Best Buy etc which will always have authentic, new products. You don't need to save money on everything (if you want to save money on headphones buy cheap $20 ones 👍)
